Are game tickets included in my Ole Miss Memories experience purchase?

Do I need a game ticket before purchasing an Ole Miss Memories experience?
You may purchase a ticket prior to purchasing your experiences. However, you will be asked to confirm that you have tickets to the event you have chosen before you receive logistic information.
Can I take part in more than one experience per game?
Yes!
How far in advance before gameday can I purchase experiences?
Experiences will close the day of the event for weekday events, and the Friday before for weekend events.
If I buy an experience for a child, am I allowed to go with them?
Children ages 3 and older count as a guest for all experiences. Each guest has to purchase the experience separately and will receive a commemorative credential to keep following the conclusion of the experience. Will there be any professional photos taken during my Ole Miss Memories experience?
Professional photos are not included in your experiences unless explicitly listed under your specific experience (such as postgame photos).
Can I stop players and/or coaches for photos during my experience?
No, all players and coaches must remain uninterrupted before and during a game. Therefore, no Ole Miss Memories guest is permitted to stop a player or coach for photo opportunities or other requests during the duration of the experience.
When will my birthday message be shown on the videoboard?
The timing of birthday messages varies depending on the sport. Please check the specific item you purchased for timing.
Birthday messages used to be offered free of charge. Why do I have to purchase one now?
The increasing demand of birthday messages necessitated a change to our internal fulfillment process. Having the option to purchase a birthday message aligns with our desire to create the best fan experience for those in attendance as these messages will not have enhanced visibility and promotion.
How long can my videoboard message be? Can I submit a photo along with my message?
Videoboard messages must be 100 characters or fewer and no photo submissions are permitted at this time. Ole Miss Athletics reserves the right to refuse a videoboard message if it exceeds character limit or is deemed inappropriate.
What happens if I need to make a change to my videoboard message?
All changes to videoboard messages must be submitted to [email protected] by 5 p.m. CT the day before the event is to be played.
What if I cannot make my Ole Miss Memories experience?
If you can no longer make your experience or need to change the participant’s name, you have until 48 hours prior to game time to cancel for a refund or request your change. Any requests or cancellations received after the 48-hour mark will not be honored or refunded. What if my experience gets canceled due to inclement weather? If inclement weather or another extraordinary circumstance severely delays or cancels your experience, Ole Miss Memories will honor your purchase at a future game. Ole Miss Athletics' experience policies and disclaimers apply to all rescheduled experiences. What if I need accessibility accommodations? Ole Miss Memories is committed to providing an elite gameday experience to all fans.
